If I had sat around making lists of pros and cons of starting a company, I think I would still be at my desk surrounded by lists today. Minds are great at protecting us from harm, but they can also be paralyzing. Sometimes, you just have to take that leap recognizing you may never be totally sure what is going to happen after you do.
That’s how I felt about She’s Fit to Lead. No matter what my head said, my heart wouldn’t allow anything different. My heart made sure that I didn’t let my passion get extinguished.
