This Is Why Women Should Lift Weights





For the longest time society has made women feel as if they can’t do certain things that men can do. One of these things includes lifting weights. However, the game has now changed, because more and more women are realizing just how great lifting weights really is and how beneficial it can be. I know that I was always scared of lifting weights.  I had no idea what I was doing, and I thought I would look bulky, unattractive,  and I didn’t want to look “manly.” However, this isn’t the case at all for women. You’re really not going to bulk up like that just from weight training.  There’s absolutely nothing wrong with women having muscle, and I think more women would want to lift weights if they understood all the benefits that come from it:
