Who are you? And can you tell us a little about yourself?
My name is Grace, and I am the owner, creator, and vison-chaser of Darling Grace Co.
I am a sophomore at Vanguard University pursuing a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Women’s Studies.
What exactly is Darling Grace?
Darling Grace Co. meets people where they’re at and fights alongside them to win back their true identity. I believe that we are all created to thrive. Yet warring against us, stand lies and insecurities which chain us down and hold us back from stepping into our true identity. Doing my part to fight back, I make necklaces that speak and claim truth where it has been stolen. These necklaces are carried as weapons declaring our value and worth to ourselves and the world in which we live. Together, let us fight for the truth and remind one another that we are created to thrive.
What inspired you to start Darling Grace?
There are lies everywhere that prevent people from embracing who they have been created to be. Lies inhibit people from thriving and living in their true identity. Darling Grace has been created to take back what has been lost.
How did you come up with the name?
Darling means beloved.
Grace means the “free and unmerited favor over yourself and the bestowal of blessings”.
This company speaks to women and proclaims that we are a beloved people. Darling, you are created to walk in your true identity. This identity doesn’t come from performance or appearance but from the fact that you are created with a purpose. You are created by a maker who calls you fearfully and wonderfully made. Together, let’s walk in that identity.
Your business encourages and supports women to embrace who they are
and thrive, can you tell us about that?
Thriving to Darling Grace Co. means to flourish in your true identity. You may ask, how do we make thriving a reality? First it starts with recognizing the lies that we are allowing to be spoken over ourselves. This step is hard and uncomfortable, but it is necessary to thrive. Then as you realize these lies, you need truth to take the place of those lies. This is a process and a journey. As you speak the truth in the place where lies once were, you begin to walk out your true identity. You are so worth fighting for.
Darling, let’s be fierce together!
With every purchase you give back, can you tell us about that?
Twenty-five percent of what you spend with Darling Grace is donated to the Global Center for Women and Justice and used for scholarships awarded to survivors of human trafficking. The Global Center for Women and Justice is engaged with education and advocacy against human trafficking. Several trafficking survivors have chosen to pursue their education at Vanguard University and work alongside the Global Center as students. I look forward to partnering with you in empowering and giving hope, value, and identity to so many of those who have been forgotten.

Is there anything else you would like to share with us?
Fear, lies, anxiety, and depression are real. However, they do not define who we are. Let’s allow these things to push us closer to truth instead of deeper in lies. Let’s be a community that fights for truth, together.
